"A free commercial quality game" it is called
on their website and it does look very nice. It is still under development,
but they released a playable LAN-demo for up to four players. Several power-ups
are floating around, afterburner, lasers, missiles, mines, shield and repairs.
I couldn't really play it well, since the speed on my fastest computer (PIII-700) was about 1 frame per second. It played remarkably smooth on my older computer (PII-233MMX). Then again, the demo is still alpha, so that little problem should be fixed in the near future.
